Using:
Fill out the information requested in the form. If you leave any section blank it will not be inserted. For the bare minimum for a press release to be acceptable you should always include at least some contact information, heading and press release content.
Click Create. The Poetry Book Creator will take your information and create your press release using the proper format. You can make changes to the press release using Word's normal editing tools however be sure to keep the standard press release format so it is accepted when you send it.
Press Release Length
It is strongly suggested that you try to keep your release to one page, two if necessary and three at an absolute maximum. Always print multi page releases on single sided pages, do not print on both sides of the paper.
Redo End of Page Notations Tool
If you edit your page and the number of pages changes run the 'Redo the End of Page Notations' tool by clicking on the button in the toolbox that is created for you. This will recount the pages and redo the proper page notations accordingly.
A Note About End Page Notations
The proper format for press release is to have ### appear centered at the bottom of the last page of the press release. If the release is more than a single page :continued: should appear at the bottom of the initial pages and ### at the bottom of the last page. The Wizard will insert the proper notations for releases up to three pages in length. If your release is over three pages no end page notations will be inserted for you.
